We are Aiir, our AI inspection & assistive reporting solutions are used to perform borescope inspections of jet engines across the globe. We’re on a mission to become the central platform for all engine inspection needs.

About Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to help us take our company to the next level. As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.

Since the aviation industry is a global market, your marketing efforts will be felt throughout the world. You will have the opportunity to travel to events taking place across the globe, managing the company's event presence and finetuning your marketing to fit the local market.

You will be trusted with establishing a strong brand for Aiir Innovations’ products, guiding external agencies to deliver high-quality work while working closely with the product and sales teams for input.

We are an innovative and fast-moving AI (Artificial Intelligence) aviation software company located in Amsterdam, but with a remote-first strategy; so really you can be working from almost anywhere!

Together you and the team will bring the best jet engine inspection experience to aviation maintenance professionals across the world.


  • You will manage all aspects of marketing including: develop and execute on go-to-market strategies, campaign strategy, objectives materials creation, also event/webinar development and execution;

  • You will establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments;

  • You help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets;

  • Manage the marketing budget, presenting up-to-date project status;

  • Select and partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors;

  • You will manage the company's website, social media accounts, and other digital channels to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and engaging;

  • You monitor and investigate marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions;

  • You build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets;

Job requirements

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and techniques

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically

  • You are data-driven, always on top of your budget and with the ability to track and report on marketing metrics;

  • Experience building marketing programs and reporting on the results

  • Happy leading projects, in close collaboration with a pull of colleagues, from different departments as well as external agencies and freelancers;

  • Experience in the aviation industry or working with AI technology is a plus

Further details about the job and the perks:

  • 32-40 hours per week;

  • Flexible working arrangements;

  • Salary of €40.000 to €63.000 based on experience;
